I'm a photographer based in Melbourne, Australia, passionate about the environment and social justice. Through photography, I strive to create portraits of people that capture their human nature and essence, with flaws and strengths.
My work focuses on creating real portraits of people and also constructed narratives (tableaux photography) using cinematic lighting.
My approach to lighting portraits is highly meticulous, oftentimes using many lights to achieve the perfect image, my favourite style is chiaroscuro with highly dramatic shadows relative to areas of light.
Besides Portraiture, I also love Landscape photography, sports photography, and street photography. Since 2019, through teaching photography workshops, I have been sharing my passion for photography, helping others capture beautiful images of people and places.
